BAR 1: SOUTHERN FRANCE
The Palm by Whispering Angel, Provence
The Palm is a blend of Grenache, Cynsault and Syrah made from grapes which are selected from the best vineyards in the appellation Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence.
Pale pink with green hues both of which are clear & very expressive. Great aromatic freshness on the nose followed by more subtle, fruity notes on the palate. The freshness is coupled with exceptional length and roundness. Crisp and suave finish
Gerard Bertrand ‘Cotes des Roses’ Rosé, Languedoc
A soft, pale, brilliant pink with bluish tints developing over time towards more orangey nuances. The bouquet releases aromas of summer fruits, cassis and redcurrant. Floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit complete the picture. The finish is fresh, offering notes of candy. On the palate the impression is fresh and full, with great aromatic persistence and balance.
Mirabeau ‘Classic’ Rosé, Provence
With its delectable raspberry pink hues and intense aromas, expressive red berry fruit remains the essence of this rosé. Mirabeau Classic has a beautiful concentration, with strawberry and raspberry flavors taking centre stage, balanced by fresh acidity and leading to a sumptuous finish with notes of redcurrant. BAR 2: GLOBAL
Otazu Rosé de Merlot, Spain
Elaborated by the traditional method of red-grapes bleeding after cold maceration for 12 hours. The traditional free running method fully respects the quality of the fruit which expresses in all its intensity in this wine. Following the clarification, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Raspberry pink, with medium deep color intensity. The nose is dominated by an explosion of red berry fruit (red currants, raspberries, and wild strawberries) and hints of sweets. Round and silky on the palate, with red berry fruits leading to a fresh intense finish.

Ventozela Espadeiro Alavrinho Rosé, Portugal
Very fresh and fruity with hints of raspberries and wild strawberries. A touch of sweetness and mineral notes. Pleasant, well-integrated acidity. A light, very appetizing Vinho Verde rose with a beautiful and lasting finish.
Vitteaut-Alberti Rosé Brut Crémant de Bourgogne, France
A beautiful, intense pink hue for this Crémant, with fine bubbles. The nose is expressive with notes of red fruits. The rich and full palate (aromas of ripe apricots, red currants and raspberries) maintains all of its finesse. This Crémant Rosé de Bourgogne is a pure Pinot Noir, both intense and refined.
Santa Margherita Rosé Brut, Italy
This pale pink wine brings a full bouquet of pleasing floral aromas with hints of red berry, artfully crafted with a blend of white wine made from Chardonnay and Glera grapes and a red varietal, Malbec. Its flavor is delicate, but vibrant and well rounded, remaining on the palate and making this a deliciously easy-drinking wine.

Warner Edwards Rhubarb Gin, UK
Made using a crop of Rhubarb originally grown in the Kitchen Garden of Buckingham Palace during the Reign of Queen Victoria. The rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional fruit press and blended with our Harrington Dry Gin to produce an alluring pink gin that is voluptuous on the palate with a sweet and tangy royal rhubarb explosion.
